This paper was assigned in Professor DeMurcurio's Communication 01 class. The assignment asked the class to analyze a speech and its communication principles.

This paper demonstrates that I am able to analyze and respond to different components of a communication discourse. I do this by acknowledging the speaker's eye contact, body language, and vocal pitch. I had to listen closely to the speaker's discourse and simultaneously think about the different ways the rhetor engaged with the audience.
