In Dr. Sara Trechter's English Grammar 375, the class was assigned a paper that analyzed grammatical markers in writing. This paper analyzes quotes from former president George W. Bush and some of his grammatical mistakes.

This paper demonstrates my knowledge of the forms and functions of Standard English grammar. In this paper I have to accurately apply the conventions of oral and written English by comparing president Bush's grammar to the standards of American English grammar. This work also includes a works cited page that demonstrates my ability to integrate and collect outside sources.
